Authorization for use of IMP Account

From 1 October 2008, DHL will require all senders to validate the DHL accounts at the country of origin before we can process the booking or pick-up requests made over the phone, and at our drop-in-counters. This is part of DHL?s efforts to ensure authorized use of our customers? account numbers.

To support this requirement, please ensure that you provide authorization for the use of your account to the sender. For your convenience, you can send an authorization via our online platform ? Import Express Online - which can be found at http://importexpressonline.dhl.com. Import Express Online allows you to issue a sending instruction without disclosing your account number to the sender. The sending instructions can be delivered to the sender by e-mail, and the sender can produce the Air Waybill and other necessary documents on the Web based on that information.
