Mobile FAQ

What is the address of your WAP tracking system?

DHL ExpressWAP can be contacted at http://www.dhl.com. Our system will automatically recognise that you are using a mobile device and return the requested content to you.

I don't have a WAP-enabled mobile phone, so can I still use your mobile tracking system?

Yes! Because we are aware that not all mobile phones are WAP-enabled, we have also developed a tracking system, DHL ExpresSMS, that uses the common Short Message System (SMS) text messages. To get tracking results via SMS, simply SMS your air waybill number to
0044 7720 33 44 55.

Users with an iMode-enabled mobile phone can use our iMode tracking system. This is also reachable at http://www.dhl.com. Our systems will detect that you are using an iMode device and automatically respond with iMode content.

How many shipments can I track at one time on my mobile device?

Although DHL On-line tracking and eTrack are capable of tracking multiple shipments at one time, DHL Mobile tracking systems (ExpresSMS and ExpressWAP) are limited to a single shipment. This decision was taken due to the current limitations of mobile devices and protocols, but may be reviewed in the future.
